My story

In my mid-20s my hairline slowly receded, turning my forehead into a very unflattering five-head.It was a huge blow my self-esteem with my confidence at rock-bottom. This had a direct negative impact on my social life, on dating, work and business.People were not judging me, but in my mind, it was as if they were.I considered shaving it off but unfortunately I'm not Jason Statham or The Rock. Instead, I would probably look like the character in the middle.I tried to hide it with different hairstyles or by dressing nicer, but I knew this was all a cover-up. No matter how much I tried to distract myself, reality was staring back at me in the mirror.I couldn't handle it anymore so I made a drastic decision to get a hair transplant.I'm going to take you through my entire journey so it can be a learning lesson for you too.But first, you should know the causes and prevention techniques for the hair loss curse.

Tips for hair growth and preservation

This is not medical advice.Hair loss affects people of all ethnicities, male (and even female), young and old. What are the most common reasons for hair loss?1. Your diet and lifestyle can have a huge impact on general health, skin health and hair health. If your day involves eating a bag of Cheetos, washing it down with 2 L of blue Mountain Dew, playing Fortnite for 6 hours a day and avoiding the sun like a vampire, don’t be surprised if hair loss is (one of the many symptoms) you might have.1a) Clean up your diet! Stop eating like a 15-year-old kid. Fill up on fruits, vegetables, high protein sources and high fat (the good kind). For information on diet, look here:https://twitter.com/Mangan150

1b) Start moving! Exercise gets the blood flowing which means better blood circulation to the scalp. It releases toxins from the body and also increases various hormone production such as growth hormone which is amazing for youthfulness.2. Flaky dandruff
Dandruff is inflammation due to a pesky microorganism. Excessive and chronic dandruff of the hair follicles can lead to hair shedding.
2a) To fix this issue, start by fixing your diet.
Specific fungus and yeast love simple carbohydrates (sugar).
2b) Ask your doctor about:
Flucazone- an anti fungal taken orally
Dandruff reducing shampoo and lotion (ketoconazole)
3. For men genetics plays the biggest role. Sometimes fate just decides to screw you. Blame your parents (just kidding don't do that). There is a higher probability that your hair genetics comes from your mother's father so observe his head to see what your future could hold.Hair growth solutionsMinoxidil – (left) Topical solution to apply to hair loss affected area. Many have used it successfully to grow hair and even beards. It takes dedication and discipline to apply it for many months, but it is worth it. Side effects include dry and itchy skin.Hair fibers- (center) Perfect for thinning hair. Just spray or sprinkle it in the thin areas to add depth and volume to your hair.
It is very wind and water-resistant but don’t go swimming!
Prescription pillScience of hormonesIn men, testosterone converts to 2 main hormones, DHT and estrogen.DHT is many times more androgenic then testosterone. It is what gives typical manly features such as deeper voice, broader frame, more muscle mass and body hair.Estrogen is the female hormone, however men need it in small amounts for normal function.DHT sensitivity plays a huge role in hair loss since body hair and scalp hair follicles have different sensitivities to it.A hairy man has high DHT sensitivity for body hair, Meanwhile, hair loss means high DHT sensitivity on the scalp. If you notice a “hairy” man, he will probably have hair loss as well, due to a combination of high DHT and/or high sensitivity in the wrong places.Remember that every person's biochemistry and physiology is unique. This is not medical advice. Before you start taking medication, make sure you have taken care of the foundations, mentioned above. These medicines only work if your hair loss is hormone (DHT) related.Warning! they can have nasty side effects like loss of energy and erectile dysfunction. BUT don’t worry, I’ll show you how I use them safely.Remember that DHT is what gives typical manly features such as deeper voice, stable energy levels, broader frame, more muscle mass and body hair. So imagine if you completely crashed your DHT levels by taking the pills I name below. This is the cause of side effects.Dutasteride and finasteride work by blocking the enzyme (5-alpha reductase) that converts testosterone into DHT.This is just my opinion and I’m not a doctor but I do not take the dosage as prescribed by a doctor. They prescribe it for once a day for many, many months at a time. No wonder you have side effects. The way I've done it is taken a dose periodically maybe **once a week, twice a week or a few times a month. **What this does is lower my DHT levels from excessive down to a “normal range” to slow hair loss without giving me the negative side effects.Use this medicine right and it can be a good tool in your hair preservation arsenal.Whew! That was a lot of information, now let's move onto the main theme of this website!

hair transplant- the final solution

Society has a negative view of men getting cosmetic surgery but it's completely fine if a woman wants bigger breasts, fatter lips, or no more thunder thighs.
Men must put up with the cards dealt us. What a double standard!
Forget this BS.If cosmetic surgery allows someone to increase their quality of life, meanwhile decreasing the rate of mental and psychological distress, isn't that a net benefit to society.Just don’t become a Ken doll or a Barbie. (insert picture)SafetyI want to ease your worries about safety. When I decided to get my transplant, I wasn't too concerned about safety. Now, would I have been the first to volunteer for laser eye surgery 20 years ago? Probably not.But why should I be concerned for a procedure that has been done thousands of times before? If the doctor and clinic are skilled, professional & experienced then what is there to worry about? Not too much.I'm going to share my story with you, and I hope that it will ease your concerns and show you how accessible it actually is to get a hair transplant done.Coming soon...
